Who we are

Alpine Mountain Homes is a DBA of Arcturus Ventures LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This policy describes how information is handled through our public website and when you contact us about a project.

Information you choose to share

You may choose to provide your name, email address, project location, the type of work you are considering, and project notes. Please share only the information needed to discuss your inquiry.

Our project brief tool prepares your details in your browser. Selecting "Prepare My Project Brief" does not send those details to us or store them in a website database. Selecting "Open Email Draft" passes your prepared details to your email app, where you can review and send the message to info@alpinemountainhomes.com. Preparing or copying a brief does not deliver it to Alpine; you must send the email from your email app.

Selecting "Copy Brief" copies the prepared text to your device clipboard. Your browser and clipboard tools may retain information according to their own settings.

How we use inquiries

We use customer inquiries only to respond to requests and manage projects. We do not use inquiry information for marketing or advertising, or sell it as a source of leads.

Information needed to respond to you or manage your project may be handled by the people and service providers involved in that work. Our email and website hosting providers also process information to deliver their services.

Website operation and tracking

We have not added advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts to this website. Its project brief tool does not use cookies or browser storage to save your entries. The owner-portal demonstration is illustrative, does not save selections, and is not a connection to a live client account or construction camera.

Website delivery and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser or system information, requested pages, and traffic data to operate, protect, and troubleshoot the site. These technical records are separate from the project brief you prepare in your browser.

Our website uses hosting infrastructure that includes Cloudflare. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for its description of processing related to website visitors and end users.

Records and retention

The website does not maintain a database of prepared project briefs. An inquiry that you send by email becomes correspondence with the business and is not removed when you close the website.

Inquiry and project correspondence may be retained for responding to you, administering the project, maintaining related business records, and meeting applicable recordkeeping obligations. Retention depends on the nature of the information and the project. You can contact us with questions about a particular record.

Your choices and questions

You can browse the public website without preparing an inquiry, choose what to include in a brief, and keep a copy for your own records. You can also use your browser’s privacy controls and your email provider’s settings.

For questions about information you have already provided, or to request a correction or deletion, email info@alpinemountainhomes.com or call (970) 710-6434. We may need to verify that a request relates to your information. Requests may be subject to applicable project, business, or legal recordkeeping requirements.

Updates to this policy

If our website features or information practices change, we will update this page and its effective date. Separate terms or notices may apply to future client accounts, camera access, or other services when they become available.
