A mountain dream.
A builder’s answer.
Skiing and the mountains have always been a big part of my life. After 25 years in residential and commercial construction, I wanted to bring that experience to Colorado and build a home of my own.
The search introduced me to long waits, challenging budgets, and a building process that felt harder than it needed to be. I saw an opportunity to create the company I had been looking for.

Some builders described waits of up to two years, and several estimates exceeded the home’s appraised value. Limited labor and mountain weather added to the challenge. But the desire to live here was undeniable—and so was the opportunity to bring a different approach to building.
That is where Alpine Mountain Homes began: bringing construction experience, thoughtful planning, and clear communication to people who share a love of mountain living. My background in Texas real estate and licensure as a Colorado real estate broker also shape how I think about a home, its setting, and the people who will live in it.
